Our Mission is to serve all facets of society by providing science-based analysis that identify optimal solutions for environmental concerns. Our Objective is to generate options that address the problems at hand without subordinating information or evaluation to the bias of various political viewpoints.

To accomplish our Mission and Objective, we observe the following nine principles:

  • Projects should be science-based, not driven by ideology.
  • All aspects of any project should be accessible to every citizen.
  • Data should not be used to support pre-conceived answers.
  • Environmental solutions are a matter of appropriate design, rather than a search for “truth.”
  • Solutions are subject to change and improvement, as the environment is constantly changing and our knowledge increases.
  • Residents of a specific environment should be participants in the study of that environment.
  • Citizens should participate in the data gathering and analysis process.
  • Tools should be both technologically advanced, and user-friendly.
  • Young people, in particular, should be engaged in environmental problem-solving.
