Where can you ship?
Our online order process ships to the 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories. If you live outside of the U.S., please email us at sales@naturestudy.org and we will provide you with a quotation for your order.
What is your shipping method?
For most orders we will use the U.S. Postal Service. We offer 2 shipping options:
- Priority – delivery in 2-5 business days
- Express – delivery in 1-2 business days
Most items are available for immediate shipping. We will inform you of any delays and you will not be charged until your order ships.
How much is shipping?
- Priority – $7.95 + $4.95 for each additional item
- Express – $22.95 + $6.95 for each additional item
No additional shipping charge for more than 5 items.
How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Our goal is to fulfill your orders within one to two business days of receipt, after which you will receive your order within the times shown above.
What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal is our e-commerce processor and, through them, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Note that you are not required to create a PayPal account in order to use this system.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order to you.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
All prices include sales tax where applicable.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that we have received your order.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with any item, you may return it to us at anytime for an exchange or refund of its purchase price (less original shipping and handling charges).
Please email sales@naturestudy.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.
What if my order is damaged, missing or incorrect?
Please email us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent as soon as possible. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you the information you need to return the damaged or incorrect item to us.
