Our online order process ships to the 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories. If you live outside of the U.S., please email us at sales@naturestudy.org and we will provide you with a quotation for your order.

For most orders we will use the U.S. Postal Service. We offer 3 shipping options:

• Economy - delivery in 7-10 buisness days
• Priority - delivery in 2-5 business days
• Express - delivery in 1-2 business days

Most items are available for immediate shipping. We will inform you of any delays and you will not be charged until your order ships.

• Economy - $4.95 + $2.95 for each additional item
• Priority - $7.95 + $4.95 for each additional item
• Express - $22.95 + $6.95 for each additional item

No additional shipping charge for more than 5 items.

Our goal is to fulfill your orders within one to two business days of receipt, after which you will receive your order within the times shown above.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We will accept personal checks and money orders with orders that are mailed to us at the address below. (Please note: personal checks may take up to 10 business days to clear before order can be shipped.)

Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order to you.

No. As a non-profit corporation, The Center For the Study Of the Environment is not required to collect sales tax.

Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that we have received your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with any item, you may return it to us at anytime for an exchange or refund of its purchase price (less original shipping and handling charges).

Please email us at sales@naturestudy.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.

Please email us immediately (sales@naturestudy.org) and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent as soon as possible. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you the information you need to return the damaged or incorrect item to us.
